Powerware Access Power Solutions are the ideal solution for low to medium power telecommunications applications requiring compact, efficient and flexible DC power supplies.
These 19" rack mount systems are available with 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 of the Powerware Access Power series of 24V and 48V rectifier modules with output up to 744A.

The systems also include an integral DC distribution panel and the versatile SM40 or SM45 series of supervisory modules with Ethernet, GSM cellular (including text messaging), standard modem and TCP/IP communications options.
Other features include temperature compensated voltage output for better battery life, a range of circuit breaker configurations and optional low voltage disconnect (LVD) modules.

The Powerware APR48 and APU48 Access Power Rectifiers are designed specifically for network access applications such as cellular base stations, customer premises equipment and road-side cabinet installations.
The combination of industry leading power density and high frequency switch mode technology with high reliability fan cooling makes the APR48 and APU48 flexible, efficient, and reliable DC power sources.
The APR48 is a high powered rectifier with 1500W output, it is designed for operation at up to 70°C (158°F) and under a wide range of AC power conditions

The APU48 is designed spe-cifically for operation from 110V or 240V nominal AC supplies making it a universal DC power source suitable for use in any country.
These features make the APR48 and APU48 perfectly suited to the wide variety of equipment and demanding environmental conditions found in network access applications.
Both models also have power factor correction and are up to 90% efficient, with optimum performance available at typical load currents. Together these give the APR48 and APU48 some of the lowest running costs for any DC power system of its type available.
Operating with the Powerware SM45 series supervisory modules the APR48 and APU48 rectifier modules will provide years of cost-effective, and trouble free service for your 48V network access equipment.
